Edward Scissorland
In a beautiful, grim castle overlooking a pristine pastel suburbia lives Edward, a blade-handed human created by The Inventor. After his creator’s death, Edward lurks around the castle in isolation, creating fantastic topiaries on the grounds and wishing for love and acceptance. Journey with Edward from his spooky prison to the home of his new family in a quirky idyllic neighborhood full of characters of its own. Macabre, kitschy and larger than life, Edward Scissorland will have guests wondering which is more terrifying: the lonely castle or the seemingly perfect paradise.
Guests take on the role of nosy neighbors, just dying to see the inside of the castle that looms over their town and meet the creature who lives inside.
The Boggs’ Barbecue
Welcome to the neighborhood! Bill is serving up BBQ favorites, Peg is pouring up refreshing lemonade and the neighbors have brought their favorite sides. Enjoy it all on your very own novelty scissorhand skewer at our picnic benches or on the go, and take in the view of Edward Scissorland looming overhead!
Transports guests from the Burton Boulevard street level to Edward's castle atop the mountain. On the way guests can observe Edward's hedge sculptures as they mature from creepy, representing his isolation, to friendly, representing his adoption by the Boggs.
The cookie confectionary
A dark ride letting guests shrink down and ride alongside the cookies being baked by the Inventor's family of automated baking robots and witness Edward's transformation from a chopping robot to a loving human.

An indoor/outdoor coaster following Edward's passionate last stand in the neighborhood, his flight back to the castle and his final battle with arch-nemesis Jim.
The Scissorland Store
A freestanding retail store offering observatory views from Edward's castle across the entire park and selling merchandise for adults and children featuring icons, quotes and characters from the film. After visiting all of Scissorland’s attractions, guests find that Edward’s castle isn’t so spooky after all.
Tim’s Clay Town
All of Tim’s favorite clay characters come out to play in this land of the dead. The dreary backdrop of victorian London is the stage for a vivacious cast of the ever-so-alive undead. The colorful characters inhabiting this land may look spooky, but they only want one thing: to show the living a good time! The Undead have loved having mortals like Victor and Sandy Claws visit, so they opened up their world to mortal guests like you!
Sally has a talent for making food and drink concoctions for the scientist, so she puts her talents into opening a restaurant in the land of the dead, where skeleton singers perform and the dead dance and celebrate all night. The “living” dance the night away while eating and drinking Sally’s dangerously delectable potions and brews.
james’ giant adventure
James has big dreams and is tired of living under his evil aunts’ strict and boring regime. So when a giant peach grows in his garden, he rides away as it rolls into the sea. Join James and his insect buddies as they fulfill James and his parents’ dream of running off to New York City, making friends, seeing amazing sights and overcoming foes along the way.
The whole family can enjoy an adventure across the Atlantic with James and his bug friends on this mild indoor coaster. The queue line leads you through the heart-wrenching scene of James’ parents being stolen by a rhinoceros from the clouds, and James growing his incredible peach. Follow along on James’ journey as his peach rolls into the sea and the adventure begins. You'll battle your way through a shark attack, get rescued by birds who fly you up into the sky, and rescue a fallen friend in the sea. Have a final face-off with the ghostly cloud rhinoceros, only to make peace with him and arrive triumphantly in New York City.
the wonderful world of clay
A walkthrough attraction in which Vincent guides kids through each step in the process of claymation, getting them involved in hands-on activity, educational galleries and interested in growing up to make movie magic.
Get a walkthrough tour of Burton’s drawings narrated by our animated tour guide, Vincent and his dog Abercrombie. See galleries, movie clips and artists drawing in real time. Kids can play with and explore large dollhouse-size models from the actual films seeing the scale and detail and learning from the guide how they were made. Video clips, animatronics and projections show the models coming to life, with interactive elements allowing kids to “put themselves” in the films. The experience concludes with a unique experience for guests to build their own claymation figures and mix-and-match faces to take home.
beetlejuice’s boogies & boos bash
It’s…party time! In honor of Halloween, Beetlejuice has moved the party from his Karaoke Bar, across the lands of other strange and unusual characters. This hypnotic float is sure to convince the visiting mortals to get down and boogie with some of the scariest of people. By drinking some of the specialized potions offered, he is sure to turn even the most ordinary into unusual, ghoulish parasites that will hopefully take over the land of the living. The parade circles throughout each land, stopping at designated Spook Zones for the crowd to flood the floats, imbibe from the roving bar floats, and dance to creepy tunes.
